Recognizing The Prince’s Principles & The 69 Minute Manager’s Philosophy governing the formation of Machiavelli’s Benevolent Minster and Sanctuary, we the members, with an Intentionally Benevolent Mindset (IBM) accepting our responsibilities, adopt and subscribe to this Constitution and By-Laws.
This nonprofit society / organization shall be known as: MACHIAVELLI’S BENEVOLENT MINSTER and SANCTUARY of NEW WESTMINSTER, BRITISH COLUMBIA by which name it will be incorporated under the laws of the province of British Columbia.
ARTICLE II
Character
Machiavelli’s Benevolent Minster and Sanctuary is an independent thinking Minster and Sanctuary composed of Machiavellians, regardless of previous denominational affiliation.
The purpose of this Minster shall be to seek with an Intentionally Benevolent Mindset (IBM) by every possible means to carry out the philosophical principles and ideological muses of Machiavelli as set forth in The Prince and The 69 Minute Manager and:
(a)
To assist retired
exotic dancers and their families in time of need.
(b)
To provide
financial assistance for members who wish to attend special functions.
(c)
To provide
sanctuary for benevolent sophisticated investors.
(d) To provide similar or related services as recommended by the membership and executive.
To accomplish these tasks, this Benevolent Minster & Sanctuary recognizes the need to homilize the world and to edify the converted in this assembly. When we are gathered together, our purpose will be to edify one another through teaching, fellowship and the breaking of bread and the drinking of fine wine. This includes the building up of one another through the exercise of our Intentional Benevolent Mindset (IBM). When the converted are scattered, our purpose will be to homilize the unconverted. We will do this through being ambassadors for Machiavelli which involves preaching The Prince’s Principles and teaching The 69 Minute Manager’s Philosophy, leading individuals to commit their lives to the Machiavellian way (IBM), and confirming the way with initiations comprised of gourmet meals served with fine wine.
The body of believers at Machiavelli’s Benevolent Minster and Sanctuary, desiring to have a written basis for our fellowship, a guide for our instruction and a testimony to the not yet converted, do hereby set forth the doctrines to which this Machiavellian Minster and Sanctuary subscribes and to which we require the assent of all officers and teachers.
We believe:
That The Prince in its entirety is the only inspired, infallible, authoritative revelation of Machiavelli to mankind.
That all writing is given by inspiration of Machiavelli and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness so that both men and women Machiavellians may equally be & become of an Intentionally Benevolent Mindset (IBM).
That The Prince is inspired in the sense that Machiavelli was moved by Intentional Benevolent Mindset (IBM) to write the very words.
That this Intentional Benevolent Mindset (IBM) extends equally and fully to all Mankind and to all parts of the writings as they appear in the original manuscript.
That all writings center about an Intentionally Benevolent Machiavelli in his person and work (Machiavellianism) and are intentionally and benevolently revealed to Mankind.
That all writings are designed for our practical instruction and institution.
We Machiavellians believe that there is a natural God eternally existent in Mankind - having precisely the same nature, attributes, and perfections, and worthy of precisely the same homage, confidence, and obedience as one’s individual independent benevolent thinking dictates.
SECTION 3
Mankind
Machiavellians do not profess to
know how Mankind came to be.
SECTION
4
Salvation Through Intentional Benevolent Mindset (IBM)
We believe:
That The Prince Machiavelli died with an Intentional Benevolent Mindset (IBM) and with an (IBM) reveals himself through The 69 Minute Manager.
That mankind in its natural non-benevolent state, separated from Machiavelli, cannot fellowship with or have any access to an Intentional Benevolent Mindset (IBM) and is therefore devoid of any purpose in life.
That Machiavelli has provided a way to an Intentionally Benevolent Mindset (IBM) by Purposely Penning Princely Principles.
That it is necessary for mankind to individually receive these Princely Principles and that the moment we trust in these Princely Principles we pass out of a non-benevolent life into an everlasting intentional benevolent life.
That at the point of our acceptance of (IBM) we are made acceptable to God, in the same measure that God accepts Mankind.
That we can be completely assured that we are acceptable to God and have been reborn through (IBM) on the very day we accept (IBM) as our Salvation.
That the assurance is not dependent upon our feelings but on the methodologies by which we handle those feelings.
That we do not receive this assurance because of our worthiness, goodness, or by following Mankind’s rules, but wholly upon the acceptance and the practice of an (IBM).
We believe that we are called by Machiavelli to walk the walk that yields to an (IBM).
That we are either given the gift of (IBM) at the point of salvation or that, at the point of salvation we accept the Gift of (IBM) which enables us to be effective in the service of Mankind.
That we will experience philosophical growth through (IBM), study of The Prince, adherence to The 69 Minute Manager and by trusting in an Intentional Benevolent Mindset (IBM) moment by moment for every detail of life, and allowing (IBM) to empower our lives.
We believe:
That the Minster and Sanctuary is composed of all who are united by (IBM).
That we can all be initiated into one Intentional Benevolent Mindset (IBM) regardless our previous denomination and thus being members one of another, we are responsible to keep the unity of the (IBM) Spirit in the bond of peace, rising above all sectarian prejudices and denominational bigotry and loving one another with a pure heart.
We believe:
That there exists an innumerable company of beings, known by myriad nomenclatures.
That one of these beings, known by some as Lucifer, son of the morning, the highest in rank, sinned through an INTENTIONAL NON-BENEVOLENT MINDSET thereby becoming Satan.
That a great company of beings followed him in his moral fall.
That Satan is the originator of INTENTIONAL NON-BENEVOLENT MINDSET and leads Mankind into INTENTIONAL NON-BENEVOLENT MINDSET, thereby accomplishing their moral fall.
That Satan is always defeated by an Intentional Benevolent Mindset (IBM)
We believe that Machiavelli and The 69 Minute Manager have revealed through Their written Words and have given evidence to us that through (IBM), Machiavellians can have hope and can be assured that they will live in prosperity.
SECTION 1
Communion
We believe that we are to celebrate a communion service.
We believe that a memorial service should bring us into remembrance of what (IBM) has done for us through Machiavelli and The 69 Minute Manger.
Through the elements of gourmet meals and fine wines, we are to remember both Machiavelli and The 69 Minute Manager.
The services will be arranged by the Elders at least once a week and led in accordance with (IBM).
SECTION 2
Initiation
Machiavelli’s Benevolent Minster and Sanctuary shall administer initiations when requested by sating the person(s) professing acceptance of an Intentionally Benevolent Mindset (IBM). We believe that this is an act of benevolence and gives an opportunity for a public profession of our understanding and belief that you cannot change the way you feel or your reactions to those feelings and that ultimately you can change and control the behavior caused by those feelings and reactions through: MULTIPLEUNIQUEASSOCIATIONS.
We do not believe that salvation is dependent upon initiation.
Every adult who has chosen to establish an active attendance at Machiavelli’s Benevolent Minster and Sanctuary is considered to be a member.
Attendance at Machiavelli’s Benevolent Minster and Sanctuary means attendance at any officially recognized activity of the Minster and Sanctuary.
It is understood that continued attendance indicates acceptance of the belief of an Intentionally Benevolent Mindset (IBM) as stated in the constitution.
Membership will be terminated when it is determined by the Elders that an individual is no longer actively practicing (IBM). Membership may also be self-terminated.
Machiavelli’s Benevolent Minster and Sanctuary membership list is kept in the minds of the members.
The government of Machiavelli’s Benevolent Minster and Sanctuary shall be vested in the Board of Elders. There will be a plurality of Elders.
Function of the Elders - The Elders are the caretakers of the Minster and Sanctuary. They are responsible for protecting the doctrinal, moral and directional purity. The doctrinal purity is concerned with ensuring that the truth is being taught. Moral purity is concerned with ensuring that the truth is being practiced. Directional purity is concerned with ensuring that the great commission of (IBM) is being followed. The elders possessing authority may give direction when necessary in order to uphold their responsibilities, but are careful not to be encumbered with the oversight of the day-to-day operation of the Minster and Sanctuary.
Qualifications of the Elders - Only such men and women that have proven themselves to be exemplary Machiavellians with unwavering (IBM) will be eligible.
Selection of an Elder - The candidate will be selected by the Board of Elders. The names of the candidates will be made known to the membership prior to being confirmed by the Board of Elders. If there are any members who believe that this individual should not be selected for the office, they should first go to the candidate and benevolently express their reservation. If after having expressed their reservation, they continue to hold the same conviction, they are to share their reservation with an Elder. If it is determined by the Board that what is shared is a valid reservation which would disqualify the candidate, or if it is determined that the candidate lacks the support of the membership, the candidate will be removed from consideration. If the candidate is not disqualified, they will be confirmed by the Board of Elders.
Term - Once selected as an Elder, the Elder will automatically be reviewed each year by the membership. This review, therefore, will include all Elders. This will be true unless the Elder for some reason feels that he needs to remove himself from consideration.
Dismissal of an Elder - If an individual has an accusation that would disqualify an Elder the matter will be handled in accordance with Intentional Benevolent Mindset- eg. If your brother sins, go and show him his fault in private, if he listens to you, you have won your brother. But if he does not listen to you, take one or two more with you, so that the mouths of two or three witnesses may confirm every fact. If he refuses to listen to them, (tell it to the membership and if he refuses to listen even to the membership, let him be to you as repugnant as a tax collector.
Function of Princes & Princesses - The Princes & Princesses are the officially recognized Minsters of the Minster. They are responsible for the caretaking of the day to day operations of the Minster and Sanctuary. These individuals are selected for service to help organize and facilitate Minstering Minsters. The Princes & Princesses are subject to the Elders and carry out their Minstering under the authority of the Board of Elders.
